RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you do not return your items within 14 days after having received your items from Royal Message Bag, we assume that you accept the items. 

 

We only accept items if:

They are returned in the original package

They are not damaged and are unused

The return form is included

When can I expect my bag?

 

The Bag of your choice will be especialy handcrafted for you. As soon as your product is finnished it will be shipped. Allow me a 2-3 weeks for handcrafted production. It will be worth.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Send an email  within 14 days at contact@royalmessagebag.com, and you will receive  a return form with instructions. See for full conditions the Return Policy.

 

How can I pay?

 

You can easily pay with iDeal and your credit card. We accept Maestro, Visa and Master Card.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

I provide international delivery. The shipping costs will be added to your shopping bag. Here you can choose which kind of delivery is appropriate.

 

How do I track my order?

 

When you bag is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
